O’Shields, Claud “Buck”

Class of 1959

Born 1941 graduated New Hanover High School 1959.

 

Buck attended Wilmington College  He worked for WECT-TV and in real estate specializing in residential construction.   Buck was a member of the Board of County Commissioners and president of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.  He was awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine by Governor James B. Hunt in 1984
