Class of 1953

Born October 16, 1935 graduated from New Hanover High School 1953.

 

Lieberman earned a BS from University of North Carolina at Chapel.

He was senior Vice President of Business and Finance of the University of Miami.  During that time and since retirement served as director and audit committee chair or member of eight companies AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE, three small privately owned banks and internet services provider and a high performance automotive parts.

Lieberman was recipient of the Distinquished Business Officer Award from the National Association of College and University Business Officers.  He was listed as a noteworthy accountant by Marquis Who’s Who.


Mission

New Hanover High School Alumni Organization mission is to establish and enhance alumni relations within the New Hanover High School community and to promote education and historical preservation.
